Pilar is a Dominican woman raised in the Bronx.

She is a mother of four amazing children, advocate for children with special needs, certified yoga instructor, entrepreneur and soul connector. 

One of Pilar's biggest motivation has been her daughter, a unique and vivacious special needs young woman who taught her to find strength and balance in life. Her experiences have led her on a journey of self discovery that resulted in heightened self awareness and empowerment which she now utilizes to propel herself and other women. 

Pilar is passionate about being a role model for diverse and fierce young women, with the intention to inspire, empower and connect, to create a more conscious and healing journey to self. Leading to loving, compassionate and internal peace. 

In addition to Pilar's practice, her line of all natural body soothing treatments offers delicately handcrafted and Reiki infused  chakra tea baths that can be used for healing, relaxation, and remedy.

Pilar began her journey to serenity over five years ago, in search of a remedy that would help her better cope with personal stress and challenging emotions in a healthy, positive, and rewarding way. 

 Pilar received her instructor certification from ISHTA Yoga, a leading yoga and meditation studio located in Soho, New York. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner. Reiki is a Japanese therapy technique, that incorporates light motions of the hands on and over the body, utilized to reduce stress and encourage relaxation of the mind, body, and soul.
